I'm 20 used to be a soccer referee and be fit enough however, haven't done any sports for close on a year and have completely lost all fittness and am starting to put on weight.

I'm 5'10/11 and wiegh just over 12 stone (not sure if that is correct weight for my height or not) but anyway I'm starting to get a bit of what looks like a beer belly.

I don't drink alcohol much once every 2/3 months usually drink soft drinks when out. Anyway I want to be super fit for mid august - so can anyone make any suggestions on what kinda excerise to do and how much?

I eat far to much sweets etc. I mean loads and loads everyday but can't stop I have seriously tried but just can;t.

Read the sticky on losing weight, and substitute the sweets for fruit/veg

Don't change the amount you eat, change what you eat. Don't cut out the sweets or whatever you eat completely. It's just not going to work that way. Cut it down say, by half starting tomorow and gradually cut it down some more until you're used to it. With what you're cutting out replace with healthy food that you like.
There's no point in saying ''Right I'm going to eat healthy now'' and start eating foods you don't like. Have the attitude that this is for the rest of you're life not just some short-term diet where you'll end up putting all the weight back on.
