There's a few previous threads on it here, most of them give it a very good review and looking on the web you'll find that in general it gets veryu good reviews.

I don't see how it would help you lose weight. its designed to make work much harder in the gym when using weights, but would have a major effect if you were doing CV work, as a result you'll do a better workout and lose some weight.

"does it give u more energy to exercise or something?"
From my experience it was more like a caffine buzz and I could get more force into my lifts, but it wouldn't be the same as taking an actual energy bar.

What are you looking to use it for?
Post up here what you want to get out of the gym and there's normally a lot of people will to give you good advice.

NO Xplode is an Nitric Oxide stimulator. NO is a gas naturally occuring in the body. The high levels of Arginine in the supplements cause the NO levels in the body to increase causing the widening of blood vessels, the other ingredients which cause the intense feeling during workout are L-Tyrosine and of course caffeine. There is also creatine ethyl ester in it.
There are 2 main NO products on the Irish Market at the minute, one being BSN's NO Xplod which contains asparatame and no BCAA's which is a negative when it comes totraining on epmty stomachs, however once Ronnie Coleman's picture is on it, everone seems to assume its the biz! And maybe it is.
The other product on the Irish market is NutritionX Xplod - this contains no asparatame and does contain BCAA's which is a better deal for training on an empty stomach. Muscletech also do a NO stimulator called pumptech wich will be available in Dublin soon - if not already out there?

    Hope this helps!
