Morning and Evening exercises

    Hey everyone, I've recently started training at the gym a few times a week, but I was looking to establish a routine of morning and evening stretches and exercises (like pushups etc) which I could do for about 20 mins at the start and end of every day to build up fitness and keep everything supple. I'm moderately fit at the moment, I'd just like to know what basic stuff is of the most use.
