    Finally I've started a decent diet and workout regime.

    Let me tell you, I'm definitley 'feelin' it' after those 2 workouts. Just did a couple of stretches there to try and eleiviate the muscle ache in my arms and chest.
    You can read my diet and workout plan for the next couple of weeks here

    The next thing I want to do is introduce some pre and post workout supplements into my diet. If anyone could offer any suggestions on they use and like it would be great.
