i used to take it,wasnt really any good for me,id say your better off gettin a protein and a seperate creatine product, thats what i did and it has worked much better for me.

for protein id go for ON,Pro-X or EAS,they are the ones that have worked best for me and for creatine id go for muscletech or BSN,again both worked well for me.

as a whole maximuscle products are great, they have good marketing but thats it,their products are pretty standard with the exception of maybe one or two

Maxi muscle are well marketed but badly made. I believe certain components of Cyclone are undigestable - I will get details.

NutritionX have an all in one product out called XXX - I have it in chocolate Orange and tastes like melted Terry's chocolate orange bar!! hmm

I've been using only their products lately and have made substantial gains

Well I use the maximuscle stuff, primarily because I don't have access to a whole lot else (no credit card, store had nothing else, etc), and I've noticed some definate improvement in muscle size and defination (I only started about 6 weeks ago with weights). How good this would be for me in comparison to if I was taking something else I do not know, but at least it is doing something....I will try something else next time, and see if theres any substansial difference....it probably wouldn't matter a whole lot to someone like me though who only does fairly light weights.

Ah not to worry, supps are different for everyone.....some people seem to respond to stuff that other people don't, for one reason or another!

I always find the best thing to do is experiement with different things.....most brands can be avoided though to be honest....and see what works best for you!!!

Whey is fast digesting and better for the morning and post workout.......casein is slower and better for before bed.

Both have there good points.......Tony Quinn has none.....at all.

Try and avoid his products, shops and ethos if you can.:D

Dragan, why you so against Tony Quinn as a matter of interest

Just the general thing.....was ripped off for years in his shops without even realising it.

He doesn't offer any solutions, just a sales pitch. His staff tend not to care, and they just get driven by sales targets they need to acheive or get fired.

All in all, he's in a positon to genuinely help people and make some money.....instead he focuses solely on the last part.

I would view boards like this as doing far more to help people that TQ ever could tbh.

    But thats just me. :D

Without this fitness board I would probably still be fat and unfit. Instead I'm leanish and developing muscle nicely.

I owe that to the posters on this board 100%. Would be lost without it to be honest, so much superb help and advice.

Think of me as a satisfied customer.....even though I'm not paying you anything :D

my opinion of maxi muscle is that it is well over priced! not saying it isnt good! just that you pay way to much for it! and u can get same results with a protein like on and a seperate creatine source!

ps dude u wanna know why this board hates tony quinn? put his name into the search! see what comes up!

Thats cool, I agree with the pricing of Maximuscle.

As for TQ i know full well why people have no time for him. I think you might be getting me mixed up with someone else
