Weights prog for muscle/endurance

    hey im lookin for a weights program.

    Id like to gain about a stone in muscle.
    Im 5'11" and weigh 11stone(70kg approx)

    Have a bench, weights, skipping rope, pull-up bar and im gettin a gripper(Captian Of Crunch @60lbs)

    Im looking to gain muscle/endurance with the emphasis on endurance!! and with an overall goal of functional strength rather than lookin good
    My diet is good, however im not a supplement guy, i like fish, meat, etc... for protein!! 5meals a day as is, im not fat.

    I am fairly fit(muscle wise), im just gettin my cardio back up after a break(due to laziness), however i wouldnt say im intermediate, have done weights in the past with success but then that laziness/lack of motivation creeps up!!
