I get up every monday morning and say to my self that this is it, I'm going to do this time, I start off really well , eating and exercising......but then come wednesday.....yes wednesday !!!! i'm back to my old ways.
I used to be pretty athletic and had loads of motivation but in the past few years i've become lazy, it doesn't help that im sitting all day long staring at a computer screen drinking tea and muching on buscuits.
I'm not a memeber of a gym ... would like to be but don't leave near a decent one and i dont drive so i can;t get to one...so does anyone have any excersice plans that i could do at home that will keep me motivated and gauratee results:(

That'd be a case of a wrong forum right? Request a move to the Fitness forum for more helpful replies...

I suppose hiking with a few kilos of camera gear would do the trick ;)

You could try taking up self portraiture and posting the results to certain 'critique' boards on the internet. The constructive criticism you get should get you motivated. (Probably best not to post to this one - people are too polite to give the abuse that you desire).
