    Hi,

Was thinking about purchasing one of these ... http://powerbreathe.com/homep.html
Anyone got any experience with it ? Is it any good ? or a gimmick ?

    Cheers,
    Brian.

I have had the red one for a while, i don't use it as much now as i should, but it definitely improved my lung capacity, and I mainly use it now before I do any cardio. As I have mild asthma, I think its worth having.

i have a different version and it is really excellent, it helps lung capacity and it helps tone the stomach so you dont look or feel bloated.

it is the equivalent of doing a few lengths in the swimming pool!

Powerlungs are better than power breathes, resistance both ways.
