A friend gave me this programme I was looking for some advise....mainly is it any good and is there anything else I should add in also can someone suggest an alternative for hyper extensions as the gym I go to does not have a machine for it. Also it is a 3 day programme I usually go 4-5 times a week is it okay to just do it 12345 etc or should I only do the weights 3 days a week. My cardio is fairly ok, its just the weights I havent a clue about.

Is the weight training to gain strength, size, help endurance, part of a weight loss programme? Post your goals and people will be better able to help you out.

Thanks sorry for that......my goal is mainly to complement my cardio training I have lost a good bit of weight through cardio and now I would like to put on some muscle so as my weight stays relatively constant I am 6ft about 170lbs I used to be about 20lbs heavier.......I would be fine putting on about 7 to 10lbs of muscle......not interested in eating loads either my diet is fairly okay, i wasnt over weight just unfit......i love cardio but dont want to look like a skeleton......i hope this makes sense
