dumbell chest exersizes

    hi,
    have been looking around the net but just want simple chest exersizes using dumbell's without a bench at the moment,
    any help appreciated.

    Im not too sure you can work the chest with dumbells without actually lying down. When you have something to lie on you can use them to do chest pressing, flys and pull overs. These would be the optimum way of working your chest.

    I do bench presses on my bed. I roll up the duvet and lie on it so my elbows can get a bit lower. I can also remove the mattress to have a hard "bench", then I can lie near the edge and work 1 arm at a time and can therefore lower the elbow totally or do flyes.

    I also have push up stands and do them with 10kg in a backpack for more resistance.
