Gyms in Cork

    Hey,
    Okay I've fallen off the rails. About 2 months ago I stopped going to the gym due to work, fell out of the routine and gave it up. this was in RiversEdge. Now I've nothing really against the gym it's just that after 6 it's seriously crowded. I used to go during the day but I can't do that anymore because of work ( 8-5 ) so I'm wondering if anyone knows any gyms i around the city that are open till about 10/11? I'm half back on the rails now walk an hour back from work but I'm looking to go to the gym 3 times a week for 2hrs. Pretty much cardio for the first while just to loose weight ( BF 27/28%!!! ) I was just going to rent like a x-trainer or something like that but I've realised the error of my ways. Any help much appreciated, Damien

    P.S. The diet is in order now aswell. Fruit, good bit of tuna ( 2 tins a day normally <-- it's luverly:) ) And a pretty basic dinner of meat and veg.

    Well, if you're able to get out of the city centre, Leisureworld in Bishopstown and Churchfield stay open late. Silver Springs does too. Maybe give the Kingsley and Metropole a call - although they're probably well pricey.
