Exercise Machine Wanted?

    Hi Guys,
    Not sure if this is the correct part of the board to put this in.
    I am on the look out for an exercise machine preferably a stepper or cross trainer.
    Has anyone any advise on what or where to buy one or indeed has anyone a machine for sale?! I am looking to tone up lower body really.:D

    hey with the weather we are having just start walking or jogging (well if you are starting out try 1 minute jogs with 5-6 minute walk intervals)

    i have no idea how good it is but it is relatively cheap and if after a couple of months you aren't using it anymore at least you haven't wasted your money:D

    Hi, thanks a mill for getting back.
    Yep having been doing the walking and playing sports but wanted to up the pace a bit. That machine looks quite good, exactly what I had in mind. Cheaper than a gym anyway:) Might give it a go

    I got it a year or so ago. For the same price as in the link above. It's simple, but still makes you sweating in 10mins. I used to do workouts up to 1hour when I just bought it. Kinda enjoyed that and lost 3kg of weight. But then I got bored with it (in one or two months). So now it's left in the kitchen corner and I mostly use it as a hanger for my motorcycle leathers :D:D
