Having given up fags six weeks ago i am feeling better than i have for years and would like to get fit.
    Any help appreciated.

Heya, i know theres sportslink..but expensive....also alsaa at the airport..the main pool is on the airport grounds..think you can go even if not a member..but best to ring them. There is also the new gym open at crown plaza...not sure if it has a pool though. There is also one in finglas in the comunity centre..and it doesnt look bad at all. As for northsides one..steer clear of that unless you like swimming in urine. Theres also total fitness on malahide road but not sure if they have a pool. Just a few i can think off there hope it helps

Try St. Vincent's School, Hart's Corner in Glasnevin. I used to lane swim in the mornings before work and it was great.

Never more than around 8 ppl there each morning...

    Thanks for all the replys.
I would need to be going between 6 and 7.
ALSA sounds like a good idea. I will check it out.
St. Vincent's School sounds ideal but probably not open so early.
