Came across this site earlier on.

If you like body-weight exercises, there might be something here for you. I'll be stuck in a Gaeltacht for 3 weeks - so, without weights, I have a few exercises to keep me sane.

I'm working my way throught the tutorials - I might be able to crank out a few handstand push-ups by the end of the month (all going well).

My goal for end of Summer -- here
Just felt like sharing the link :)

Yes, saw the beastskills site before. But many of the exercises listed on it are very advanced and would take a lot of time and hard work to perfect. I believe the guy who runs the website is an experienced gymnast.

At the moment i'm working on one arm chin ups and (two arm) front levers Still a long way from doing the former but i'd say I'll do the latter in a few months

There are lots of other bodyweight exercise which are easier but still excellent eg pistols

glute ham raises with a chin up bar

Ah, you're right. I've been trying the hand-stand push-ups over the last few days - arms starting ramping up a bit tho. I can only get better at them tho.
