I use it, apart from the large tablets in the pack which can be hard to get down you. I find them really good. Large doses of just about everything a hard traininer needs in the Vit and Mineral dept.

One thing I found, if you train in the morning take them with your lunch after training as they have made me feel sick when I took them before training. Drink plenty of water also, and don't be shocked by the colour of any water your body passes the Vit B makes it look like you worked with Homer at the power plant :D

Animal Pak is a multi vitamin/mineral with bcaas, aminos, digestive enzymes and a few other things.
Both animal stak and stak2 are for boosting your hormones, upping the test and lowering the estrogen and blocking conversion of estrogen to test.

Absolutely safe. They are water soluble so anything your body doesn't need is washed straight out. Take a look at the nutritional content on the label and make out for yourself.

The only results a Multi Vit and mineral like this can give you is sustained health during hard training. It keeps the immune system propped up, helps your nutrient in take with digestive enzymes and basically helps wiith all round recovery. They are not similar to a protein supp or creatine.

    Does that anser your question?

    On its own..no

Animal Pak can be used along side a good weights programme and big diet. Its amino acid profile will aid mucle growth. But don't fooled it isn't a muscle building product per se.

So from what I'm reading, it's really just like Pharmaton, Rubex Megavites or any other dietary supplement you'll pick up in high street chemist. the only difference is has higher quantities in it?

I use animal pak 2 + animal stak. Apparently it's a very overrated supplement but I find it does actually give me an energy boost and my lifts have all gone up in the past 3 weeks. But that's more got to do with the fact I'm eating and training far more than I used to! Nonetheless, it's my choice of multivit at the moment and I order it from bodybuilding.com

I tried the Animal Pack for a few months ,cant say I saw much benefit in taking it.Bought if off bodybuilding.com
I didnt notice any performance increase.
I've gone back to regular vitamins and minerals and they seem to be just as good.

did you use Animal Stak? I think it's quite good. Some DHT blockers and growth factors in it that give me a boost before training. It's not much but it's a help, and I ain't considering juicing for a long while yet.

I started taking Animal Pak a few weeks ago and I notice I now have zero muscle pain in the days following my workout. My energy is much higher and I do feel better.

Its a multivitamin with amino acids afaik so I guess its not really designed to increase your performance as more direct supplements would.

    Thinking about taking it...

It recommends you take two packets of tablets a day. I take one pack a day and I have noticed a significant improvement in my energy and longevity in the gym, in addition to which I have zero muscle pain.

22 tablets a day is a lot so as I said I take the standard single pack of 11.

44 packets in the tin for €48 in "Building A Body" on North Main Street (Cork).
