ya she says she heard about them... thing is with so many types out there how does she choose one.....

like i myself try'd thermoslimmers and had awful side effects. so i now work out daily and eat healthy. im 9and a half stone but shes nearly 13 and has an unhealthy BMI. now that ive become a fitness freak so to speak it has gotten to her. she wants a kick start to loose the weight even though i've been telling her she needs to excercise and have a healthy balanced diet.

but she wants slimming pills so i want to see what way pills worked/didnt for people.

Dis-regard BMI and certainly dont use "Fat Burners"...they just speed up your heart/persperation rate.

There is NO easy fix to weight loss!

Hard work in the gym etc and good eating habits will ensure the weight will come off and stay off.

'fat-burners' and thermogenics are incredibly popular supplements that are widely used throughout 'aesthetic' sports like body-building as well as the general public. What most of these products claim to do is target fat-loss while maintaining muscle, or speed up the metabolism so you burn calories at a higher rate. Do some of them work? Absolutely, but you'll find that the diet that goes hand in hand with the people its effective for is 100% clean (and I mean, really, really clean- a competing bodybuilder normally has a diet that revolves around egg whites, tuna, chicken breasts oats and a cup of steamed broccoli here and there). As such they will see benefits of taking supplements as an aid to their diet, not a magic pill that's a quick way to acheive their gains. They train every day, eat well and put a huge amount of commitment into achieving their goals.

From what I can see the main ingredient of miracle burn is bitter orange which the manufacturer claims to be proven as being just as effective as other more potent (and illegal) thermogenics, but doesn't give any real evidence to substantiate these claims.

Most of these supplements are complete rubbish. The ones that do work generally carry fairly hefty side-effects with them. OP if your sister wants to lose weight, there is a virtutally fool-proof way of doing it.

Clean up her diet and move more so that she burns more calories than she consumes. It may take a little longer, but it works ;)
