    ok i train only 3 times a week but would love to have a program which would help me to bulk up..any suggesstions. i am 24 years of age , 6ft, 81kg but would love to pass this out..

    Put up curent program and diet IN DETAIL first other wise its just guess work

    ok my diet is pretty crap for bulking but would love to know what is a quick & cheap way to bulk up for an office worker...

    These are good protein options if money is an issue,

    1. Egg whites. Do 6:1 white/yolk scrambled eggs for a cheap hit.
    2. Cottage cheese or fromage frais, ie Tesco HL fromage Frais, 500g with 40g protein for €1.20

    No never seen them would be interessted if they were available too.

    Op: a good bulking program would be 2 sets of 10-12 reps of the following
    militarty press, deadlift, squat, bench press, cjhin ups/ lat pull down, dips and then some core work. Work that program 3 times a week with 60secs rests

    As for the OP "crap" doesn't really help either, we can only advise on how to enforce good eating habits by pointing out what may currently be bad, so pop up your diet and program and life will be easier all round.

    As for the "quick" bit about bulking, thats something you want to put out of your head. If your just starting you will add some mass fast, but proper mass takes time to add i fear.
