    I'm cutting right now and was wondering what I should be eating

    Basically i've completely cut down on eating and am consuming little to no carbs, my usual day would go like this

    11am - Porridge

    1pm - 2 pieces of bread, chicken pieces inside

    3pm - Roll with chicken

    5pm - Protein Shake

    7pm - Steak/chicken kiev

    9pm - Burger/chicken

    So basically eating less and little to no carbs, is this right :confused:

    are you going to eat any fruit and veg? Also what are your current dimensions

    There's bread mentioned twice on your diet..carbs and not the best either.You'd be better substituting the bread for fruit and veg.Also chicken Kiev's contain garlic butter and are loaded with calories,chances are they're made from processed chicken too.

    sorry yeah probably should have added I eat bannanas and apples as well throughout the day and ocassionally salad and potatoes, I'll subsitute the chicken kiev with chicken fillet then.

    So basically I shouldnt be eating any carbs then

    i just meant what height and weight are you. also have you worked out your daily caorific requirements aswell.

    So in your original post you said you eat little to no carbs in your new diet yet you have porridge, bread, rolls and potatoes in your daily food intake as well as fruit and veg. So your best bet is to open a fitday account and see what your daily diet actually works out at and the daily % of fat, protein and carbs.

    So try and cut out the breads leave in the porridge and maybe potatoes or rice in your post work out meals. Other then that eat a lot of veg and some fruit
