a mate of mine was telling me about it,i checked the gym reviews section but couldnt find anything about it,does anyone know where it is and whats the story about prices

AFAIK its mainly a powerlifting gym, prices are supposed to be good but in order to get in, you need to have a current member vouch for you (i think)

edit: its in phibsboro, parliament street or thereabouts

You don't need anybody to vouch for you - money talks. Lot of bodybuilders here, tis a good gym, will pick up some good tips and get in shape if serious about it, although it ain't pretty, i was a member but then i started getting a good pay packet and decided to join westwood, purely for looking at the womens asses of course

iv heard that some big oul units go there alright,im pretty serious about,im gettin frustrated in my current gym cause of the amount of people that go there and when its busy then basically you might as well be at home,has hercules got a website?

dont think there is a website! its an old gym its basically not one o those perfect high tech gyms or looks but its great for serious weight lifting! my dad used to be an instructior there...
