Hey, Looking for some advice for building up abs & peck(spelling?) at home because I dont have the time at the moment to go to the gym. Im 18 year old male have 9.2% body fat.

    Abs:
I have been stop start kinda thing with building abs for the last two year and I only would do sit ups but in the past year I had to do endurance test by doing as many sit ups in 2mins(got 109) and I found that I was working my upper legs muscles more then my abs. So I have decided to crunches instead now I am doing 4 sets of 25reps. Now I have found that this only really builds up the upper abs how would I build up my lower abs? Also I am doing a bit of overload, tedium & no real progression until this week by upping the reps to 30.

    Pecks:
Dont think there is a way to build this at home. I have been doing 2 sets of 25reps of press ups. I have tried diamond press ups but I think they are the same thing but just work on your balance.

So I ask you what am I doing wrong & how will improve on this?

Pecs: Normal push-ups build chest, shoulders, and triceps. Diamond push-ups place more stress on your triceps and help to fill them out, but not sure if you'll hit the pecs with these.
You might want to invest in a bench press if you're serious about building the chest muscles imo.

Abs: Try different variations of exercises for the abs - I try to do bent-knee hip raise and bridges aswell as crunches most nights.
