4weeks To Get Better Shape ?????

    i'm heading off in 4 wks for a two month holiday and although i've been working out for a yr or so, i don't have much shape.wit a tight t-shirt it shows but in the shorts ya wouldn't notice. so basically in 4 weeks i want to improve on it especially chest, stomach, hips and back. can anyone help. can anyone suggest a good weight programme or anything.

    i'd say talk to your gym staff, maybe they'll put a programme together for you to get the max in 4 weeks, i done a five week programme once for the same goal as you and it worked great, consisted of 20 mins on thread mill 20 mins on rower selection of weights to target specific muscles that make you look bigger... 4 times a week...my gf coundn't keep her hands off me!!
