Moobs

    I have a shocking pair of moobs on me. Although I am chubby enough, My moobs are still disproportionate to the rest of my body. I've recently cut out drinking and plan to maintain that for a month whilst I try to loose half of them and harden the rest. So people, can you please suggest excercise's which are good for working the pecks. I've been doing press ups and some free weights, but I really want to optimise my efforts during this alco-:( free month.

    Its probably an excessive amount of alcohol that is causing it in the first place. I'd recommend staying off for longer than a month or at least cut down dramatically. Theres no point in losing them to see them reappear (aka wonderbra effect:D )

    If you do have moobs then jsut targeting your pecs may just make the situation worse as you would have a more muscle under you layer of fat creating the impression of bigger Moobs.

    Best bet is to get your diet in order and do some cardio and a full body weight regime not just a chest specific one, as you can't just target fat loss in one area of your body

    What would suit you better is a complete diet overhaul and doing a fair bit of cardio.

    give up the beer and drink some other alcohol. It is the oestrogen effects of hops that give you tits, in fact some tablets for women are derived from hops to give them bigger breasts.

    Cardio, but do keep up the weights, they go hand in hand for loosing weight.
