    I've recently put on some weight due to a pretty stressful year and I would really like to lose it and tone up for my Debs which is on at the end of September. My plan is to eat healthily (of course!) and get some general exercise like walking and stuff. What I really need advice about though, as I was thinking of buying Winsor Pilates DVD to tone up, is pilates a good way to go? And will it give me results in the time that I have? I'm looking to loose about 1 and half stone and seriously tone up.
