I was wondering does anyone know a good book/website that deals with motivation/positive thinking when it comes to Exercise. I remember reading a post on here some time ago and vagely remember somone suggesting a book of a similar content I would search for it but that is disabled.

I trained regularly from January till easter and really found that I was making great headway. I lost a couple of stone and was getting up to a satisfactory fitness level. However I have since let it slip slightly. I have gained 2/3 pounds and know I should pull the finger out and pick it up a gear. However I find it difficult to motivate myself and stay positive. Anyone gone thorough this sort of thing before? I know I need to give myself a big kick up the ass but a little bit of a halping push would be great
