Just went to my first spinning class on my lunch. It lasted 45 mins and f**k me it was intense!!

Are they all as intense? At one point my legs were shaking when we were standing up cycling really slowly!!

This is disgusting but I cant get over how much I sweated!!

Feel so much better now tho!

I am no where near fit. Believe me!!

I would defo do it again. The instructer knew by looking at me that I was new and kept an eye out for me. there was only 5 of us in the class but he made sure I was doing everything properly and at the right level.

Dont let me put you off it! I was just in shock at how much you really work!! And one good thing is that you feel so good after doing it.

I'm doing it again on Wednesday, I wont forget my sportsbra again!! Badly needed! I thought my wonderbra was about to break !!

Spinning classes when you begin seem like HELL but are amazing for working your body after about 4 months of doing 30 mins spinning classes 2-3 times a week they were practically a walk in the park..theyll get easier!!

brown_eyed_girl check with your gym about spinning classes as they may do a few different types, i.e. beginner, inter and advanced or they may do 30min 45 min or 60 min classes. So try the shortest or easiest one and make sure the instructor knows before hand that it is your first class that way they will be able to instruct you on how to best set up the bike for you and also they generally won't go extremely hard on you.
