Are you looking for an electronic or a manual (use with a stethoscope and cuff) one?

I am looking for whatever gives the most accurate reading.
Think this may be the manual one.

You can order them through your local chemist both the manual and electronic ones. They are in the Fleming Medical Catalogue (all chemists have them) or you can try to order them through Fleming Medical yourself at http://www.flemingmedical.ie/diagnostic.htm. I haven't a notion how much they are

If you are going for the manual make sure that your technique is accurate. It takes a bit of practice.
