10k ish runs in dublin

    My girlfriend was training for the 10k women’s run over the June bank holiday, and managed to run her first 10k straight run on Saturday on the treadmill, so training was looking spot on for it. However in doing the 10k she managed to injure herself, and now is looking doubtful for being able to run the race.

    So basically I am wondering if anyone knows of any other 10kish races that we could run (ye I have to run it to if it isn't a women's only one) that would be after late June - early July. Cheers for any help

    There are a series of addidas runs through the summer of 5 miles (8k), 10 miles and 13 miles. in the phoenix park. Id say you would find them on the web
