Help sculpt me!

    Hello there people!

Well I thought I should at least ask for the opinions, knowledge and developed wisdom of other people who may already of taken this path – or indeed had the common sense to by pass it altogether!

For many year’s I had being quiet over weight, in the latter three the weight soared to over 21 stone, on turning 19 I realised if life was to continue as it was I wouldn’t be around for much longer and thanks to general exercise and a much healthier diet I'm now 13 and a half.

I’m turning 21 in late June, and one thing in which I haven’t really channelled much time and energy into is toning and weight training (my body if anything has more or less deflated – leaving some extra skin etc as well as the still overdue fat) –

I’m wondering if anyone could help me design or at least plan out a strategy to optimalise the ability to firm my body and help me sculpt myself into a new and much healthier form – and being more visually pleasing wouldn’t be a problem for me either! :)

Any suggestions, tips etc would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Thanks!

    Satori

Sorry, I've no idea how to help you. I would suggest regular excerise but chances are you are doing that already, try joining the gym if the instructors are anyway decent they'll workout a good programme for you.

On a different note, congrat's on what you have done so far, there's nothing that annoys me more than people complaining about their weight and then stuffing their face with more junk food. It's great to see someone do something about it themselves.

    Hi Satori,

I'm a personal trainer and self defence instructor and if you'd like to pm me your details I'll send you a few forms to fill out. They'll help me design a basic introductory program for you, incoropating a range of exercises and a meal plan template.
