    Just bought some creatine ee capsules...however it says twice daily on instructions...just wondering (compared to monohydrate) is there a loading phase? How long before muscles reach saturation.....anyone with any experience....

    Just want to add to this...it says take after workout on an empty stomach, however I take protein in the form of chicken etc ater a workout so what do i do....wait a while or what??

    The loading phase is a controversial one - some believe it makes a difference; others dont. I personally think its of no benefit as your body can only store a certain amount of creatine anyway.

    Why not take it straight after your workout, then eat your chicken? That shouldnt make too much of a difference anyway - priority is that you get protein in straight after your workout so i wouldnt say it would be of benefit to wait a while before getting either protein or creatine into ya.

    No need to load with ester as 100% of the creatine in it is absorbed. V good stuff monohydrate never worked for me but I noticed this in about a week, I only take 2 tabs a day so a bottle lasts 3 months.

    Yeah,thats what the other guy said in your shop...monohydrate didnt really work out 4 me either....where abouts does the 21 day saturation come into play in this....(or at all) should I just take the 2 tabs a day for a solid 3 months

    I have just taken 2 a day for 3 months and it is working well for me. I know people who do 1 month on 1 off but I dont see much point, I think what you gain in the first week or two of taking them will be the same as what you lose when you come off them.
