..good for you. The very next day after your weights session, and 2 days after? is it a good idea to keep limbering and stretching your arms and legs, back etc? Does it help with recouperation?

In general, don't do isometric stretching before weights or strenuous exercise as it can weaken the connective tissues around your joints for a couple of hours. Otherwise, yeah go for it. Your body is inherently lazy and will try and repair your muscles as little (short) as possible. Dynamic recovery methods are better for recouperation but a good stretching session will stop you from stiffening up over time.

static stretching after your work out will help reduce lactic acid build up and will ease the pain you feel from delayed muscle soreness form training. Gentle stretching every other day on sore muscle will help too

A cold shower or an ice bath (if there's one available) after training can help reduce aches after a heavy session.
Otherwise, yeah, stretching helps a bit.
