As a snack bar either of these are perfectly fine, check your local convenience store for some ma baker bars, they are excellent.

What no Powersauce bars? Filled with the power of apple cores and Chinese newspapers - get sauced with Powersauce!

    Why not make your own?

I made some today and are asolutely georgious and healthy too!!
I substituted raisins for apricots as I forgot to buy them in the supermarket.

I think the most common causes of the mid-afternoon slump are drinking too much coffee in the morning, and eating too much at lunchtime (esp. potatoes/pasta etc.). Also, knorr soup advertisers may have something to do with it too.

Ok I am guilty as charged on the coffee front  but not the rest, was just looking for a healty snack (I am a sucker for believing all these ads saying certain bars are healthy so thought I would ask the experts to be sure) might go and try that recipe !!!!! Thanks guys ........ lurve the nutrigrain ones though !!!!
