Hey guys, We've changed how we handle the vb3 datastore - it now uses memcached. If you get any more datastore errors, please post - When (time + date) - What page - Any other stuff your reckon might be useful :) Thanks! Dan.

unusual database error when trying to report a post in Television. Jut now.

Content Encoding Error (content_encoding_error)

Server response could not be decoded using encoding type returned by server.
This is typically caused by a Web Site presenting a content encoding header of one type, and then encoding the data differently.

For assistance, contact your network support team.

(also quote tag button isn't working for me in this reply window, had to do it by hand, the horror!)

Any chance it was in that Nigella Lawson thread? I'm sure the db uses transactions and what not to protect against certain errors but I was deleting a post you were probably replying to at the time.
