Dislocated Knee

I suffered a dislocated knee about two months ago (along with associated torn tendons and ligaments), and I'm only now starting to walk again properly. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas about alternatives to excericises I used to do.

My main problem is with back excercises. I'm still not able to do deadlifts, t-bar rows or bent over rows. I can do chins and lat pull downs, but is there any kind of rowing motion that might not involve knee bending or putting alot of pressure on it?

It's a pain in the ass the ould injury thing, I've dropped 10 good pounds and lost an awful lot of strength. My quad is still pretty wasted, but it seems like lots of bike work and isolating it with a leg press machine seems to help alot. So annoying going from being able to squat over 250 lbs to not being able to carry your own body weight.

    A) That sucks alot - I feel for ya
    B) Can you do some of these exercises unilaterally (with one arm) so using about half the weight. Then you could maybe support yourself on one leg (I'm mostly thinking about seated stuff here).
    C) Seated push press (without the back of the bench up) really hits your back too.
    D) Do rows on a lat pull down machine by putting on the right attachment and leaning right back, making sure to bring your elbows right back in the movement?
