Tried getting one there for my sister's Sky+... It has had the effect of knocking off all the "other channels"

    Damn and blast.

Confirms my theory that the reason some people lose other channels and some don't is memory related. Memory originally used for "other channels" with recent SW updates is obviously sometimes needed for Personal planner or Interactive features. I'd guess that those with never any problem have either more memory in th ebox and/or never use or put little in to Personal Planner, or other non-TV watching activities.

They've started to arrive today for some people in UK on DS. Maybe here on Monday or Tuesday.

I wonder can they be used with a SkyHD box?

Got mine today also. But can someone tell me how to set it up to work my Sky + box? It works my ordinary Sky box ok. There were no instructions with it just a statement on the cover saying it is set up for ordinary Sky boxes.
Also i cannot get it to work my Philips TV despite following the instructions and entering the code 0081.
    So any help appreciated.

    RTFM. Its there.

    Q. Will Sky Navigator work with Sky+?
    A. Yes. Sky Navigator is compatible with Sky+. As its default setting Sky Navigator is automatically programmed to work with any Sky box, however you can easily re-program it to work with Sky+ by following these simple instructions:

    1. Press "tv" button on the Sky Navigator

    2. Press and hold down "select" and the yellow button together for about 2 seconds, until the red LED on the Sky Navigator flashes twice.

    3. Press "1"

    4. Press "select", the LED on the Sky Navigator will flash twice

To reset your Sky Navigator to operate a Sky Digibox carry out steps 1 and 2 and in step 3 press "0".

Philips 3 digit codes... from DS

    Philips 584, 065, 040, 041, 582, 221, 115, 071, 351, 402, 034, 219, 451, 371, 035

You can ring 00 44 8706 066 663, you will need the date you ordered the remote on as well as your viewing card number. The rep said she was off to find out more information with the department that deals with this... but hey ring em up and give em hell... I for one will pester the life out of them until they cough up.....
