In 1798 there was a rebellion in Leinster and Ulster. It was put down by the North Cork Militia.

Michael Collins signed the treaty that partitioned this country.

Roy Keane abandoned this country and always placed the red of manchester above the green of erin.

    Graham Norton is from Cork.

In my experience Cork people are drug addled scum.

what county do you hate most?

    CORK

    Roy Keane abandoned this country

Not true, he merely wanted the best for it, and not just to turn up to the tournament and have a laugh!

And im going to say Dublin

I don't hate counties, only people.... from mountains

I'd have to nominate Sligo. Never had a good experience there, and its so bloody far from anything even remotely interesting.

Dublin... too expensive and too many drunken skangers...

I do like Dublin though. Just less than the other counties...

I think ya might want to calm down a bit, have a nice sit down, stick your head between your legs, that sort of thing.

you seem to be a bit upset over nothing, and two threads about cork/munster being the source of all evil might make people think your some sort of trolling buffoon, when it's quite obvious all you need a good lie down and a cup of tea...

Michael Collins signed a treaty that made the majority of Ireland a free state.

If it wasn't for Roy Keane, Mick McCarthy would still be manager of Ireland. The less said about that, the better.

And don't even get me started on your "drug addled scum" statement. Have you ever even left the Pale?

Look, I know it can be tough getting from one day to the next knowing that you'll never be from Cork. But jealousy won't get you anywhere, troll.

Dublin, nothing but a scum filled stagnant pool of filth.

Hate the place with a passion. Its like being in a city in England without the accents.

Have you ever been to Sir Henry's.
So it is OK for people to make discussions about Skangers (which just seems to mean ordinary working class dubs) and Travellers and Poles but not Cork people?

Treason seems to be part of their nature.

Loads of times. No better or worse than raves in other counties, though the music was just brilliant.

As a Kerryman, I share your opinions about Keane and Collins and their treachery. But the War of Independence was turned on its head by the fighting carried out by the flying columns around West Cork and Muskerry. Forget not the boys of Kilmichael and all that.

Croke Park. Only reason. Wouldn't come within 40 miles of the place otherwise.

    Yes. Your point is....?

Sure enough it doesn't have the best of crowds but there's clubs like that with the same clientel in every city/county in Ireland.

In all fairness you've never stopped in it, so how the f*** can you even know what it's even like. Maybe stop in it next time and make up your own mind. There's nothing wrong with Carlow.

Now Dublin on the other hand, what a skanger infested kip.

Well as I said to you on MSN, i'm more than capable of taking it, someone slagged carlow off, I slagged dublin off. Personally I don't see the problem, but if you do, then it's your problem not mine.
