most mornings (9:00) i would have a smoothie before college.this would include an orange, kiwi, apple, pear, banana and natural yogurt wit a drop of juice.i would then go training in the gym at around, 4.
What i'm wondering is, am i eating too many fruits at once ? is it a good breakfast ?
Also does anyone kno how many eggs is too many.always hearing so much about this.i'm 23 and train every day if that helps

Smoothies are a great way to start the day when i have one for brekkie i normally go for 2 bananas, 30g protein mix, some yoghurt, a scoop of oats and some milk. The only thing i'd say about yours is it needs more protein and carbs.

There are carbs there, in the form of simple carbs from the fructose and fiberous carbs from the skin and flesh of the fruits. You just need to add a bit of protein in

A couple of sausages or a chicken breast.

As brilliant as BaZmo*'s idea is ;), maybe some whey protein or some egg whites might be easier on the stomach first thing..

And you can eat egg whites by the bucketload with no concern, they're only made up of water and protein. Ther general recommendation for whole eggs is around 6-7 a week
