    yo, I'm a very fit person and excercise regularly. I'm not in any way fat but have a bit of body fat (if you know what I mean). Question is how to achieve body fat loss to reveal my glorious sixpack which is hidden away.
    I also find that when I work out especially hard I eat alot more after ( hence not really losing any weight, just getting fitter).
