Hi, just been checking the route for the Belfast Marathon on the 1st May. Just wondering if anyone here has run this before, are there any steep inclines on it? Cheers

I did it last year but I think the course has changed this year. There were no hills of any significance in it last year.

It was a bit of a disaster last year. The organisation was the worst I've ever come accross (just did my 10th marathon on Monday). Belfast have a new sponsor this year and the organisers appear to have put a lot of thought into improving the race but only time will tell. I am doing it again this year.

Cheers mate, thanks for that, best of luck with it. I don't know Belfast that well, wanted to make sure there was no surprises!
