Ok, not too sure how too explain this right, but ...

Ok, I'm 17, 6foot1, and just over 11stone - how could I find out what the average strength (pull-ups, situps, press-ups, stamina) should be for someone of my age/height/weight?
Is there any type of scale for this type of thing?

I just want to see what my fitness and strength is like in comparison of what it should be.

I hope that made sense :)

Why are you looking for the man on the street averages on a fitness forum?

Here is what I consider good "Fitness" standards. Better to have these type of goals rather than average goals. Being 17 years old 6"1 and just 11 stone you'll find you are probably much closer to the speed and stamina goals than the strength goals.

Speed: Run 100m in 12.5 seconds. (Open to correction on this one)
Stamina: Run a mile in 6 minutes.
Strength: Bench press you own body weight, Squat 1.5 body weight and Deadlift 1.5 body weight and perform 12 pull-ups.

Press-up and situp all day long;)

Is 2 times your body weight not a better measure of a fit persons deadlift?
