Very possible, but a stone of what?

I know a fitness trainer who will have you a stone lighter in a week but you'll gain it all back.

If you want to lose a stone of bodyfat, that'll take hard work and proper eating. Like George Clooney said recently when questioned about how he lost all that weight he gained for Syriana: Eat less, Run more.

    Best of luck!

the stickies will give you some good advise.

If you are looking to get specific help post your stats, age, height, weight, current eating habits planed diet for next month and what sort of exercise regime are you looking to put in place and what facilities you have access to and then people will be able to help. A stone maybe pushing it but with a good diet and some hard work you could be able to get rid of a good bit of it
