I heard that use of this gives really good results.

Do any of you use this? How effective is it? Have you experienced any downsides to it's use?

What is a good place to buy it online? I was looking at it on eBay but I'm not 100% trusting of eBay and I'd prefer to buy it from an online supplement dealer if possible.

    Thanks

It's good enough. Usage of doses less than 20g a day and drinking reasonable amounts of water, and no downsides should be experienced. I've never had problems with it.

Creatine has only been on the market a few years so the long term side effects have yet to be established. Would help with muscle and strength in the gaining phase of a weight training cycle providing your taking in enough calories
