I have used it, seems good enough! Does the job. There's another similar product coming to the market in the next week or so, called X-plod, similar ingredients except it has BCAA in it, something NO-Xplod doesn't have.

yeah could someone explain firstly what it does and secondly if its that good where can it be bought?

Yep its v v good stuff. It is a mix of a type of creatine ethly ester, a type of arginine (aakg) and alot of vitimin b. Basically the creatine is a very easily absorbed type which means it will work for everyone and will not give stomach cramps.

The arginine again is a type which is very easily absorbed, it open blood vessels so you get much more of a pump and much more nutrients into your muscles so it helps the muscles to grow.

The vit b will give you great intensity and energy for your workout.

The combination of the three make it one of the best products on the market imo. I have it in my shop in camden st beside flannerys pub for 60euro for 40 workouts (it will last 10 weeks if you work out 4 times a week). I'll give you 10% off if you menchion that you are from boards.

Got this No-Xplode stuff there the other day. Imported it in, new formula. Fruit Punch.

I use this stuff. Imported the new formula stuff over.

I have to say, I have been using it for the past week and I find this stuff absolutely brilliant. I don't get MASSIVE bulging veins like some people say they get(I wonder) but I do get MASSIVE energy boosts and feel brilliant using it. I do feel the pumps and I also can lift more. In the past four days, i have lifted a good 5lbs more while using it on chest press and also lateral raises and front raises. Really is fantastic stuff for me.

Do you take a break from it?

apparantly theres no need to do cycles on it so no you dont need to take a break

I usually only take it on gym days cause its pretty expensive, do you think I should start taking it on non gym days

    Pepsi also???

Are there any side effect? & has it been medically approved over here?
From what I've heard it sounds great, but it actually medically affects your body (your veins expanding), taking additional protein in teh form of supplements is one thing, but this sounds like another.

Chances are I'll try it anyway.

do you normally have it in stock MickK

I'd like to know this too! Side effects from googling can be diarrhea, sleeplessness if taken 4 hours before bed time and some people can get stomach upsets.

I have it for €55... it's very good from what I hear. Most people I know also ignore the instructions to have it on an empty stomach... It's unfeasible to do that before a workout.

Think I'll give it a miss so.

Some people die from eating mussels...your not going to give that a miss too?

You get my point. I recommend you give it a go. Follow the instructions for tolerance level and work from there...

    And peanuts!!

Sleeplessness before bed time is due to the caffiene.

Diarrhea is usually down to Nitric Oxide but I think it passes (no pun intended!)

Stomach cramp is from putting it on an empty stomach in the morning, which I wouldn't so and as has been stated most do not!

Other than that you get the same side effects from coffee or chewing gum!
