Note: Doing P.E as a GCSE I did the Beep test today in my P.E class for see how I improved over my 6 weeks of training(didn’t do much of the training) anyway came online to find out more info on it and it goes by Levels & Shuttles but all I know is that I got 120 which is 21 out of 25 in scoring for my age for GCSE PE. I did the Beep test today in my P.E class for see how I improved over my 6 weeks of training(didn’t do much of the training) anyway came online to find out more info on it and it goes by Levels & Shuttles but all I know is that I got 120 which is 21 out of 25 in scoring for my age for GCSE PE. Now can anyone tell me what level & shuttle I got to?
