Maybe you are loosing fat and gaining muscle ?, have you measured the change in your body fat levels. Anyhow 69KG for 168cm is right on the money weightwise, why do you want to loose any more ?

Have a weather station?, why not join the Ireland Weather Network - http://irelandweather.eu/

could be a number of things! hows your water intake? do you have medical problems or on medication? you say you a train alot...
how often do you eat? if you are skipping meals etc your body goes into a starvation mode and tries to keep its fat because it thinks your not getting enough food and instead burns muscle! so if doing this you might just be building muscle and losing it again!

okay.. I dint see water as a major factor apart from re hydration of course... Is that a major impact??? Im not on medication but as far as the whole stavation thing.. You could have something there. I used to severly cut cal's years ago coming up to competitions quite a lot for months a t a time.. Can that affect me indefinitly???

How often are you eating? I find having 5-6 smaller meals a day has had a significant impact - my body no longer tries to store any food I eat as fat as its guaranteed a consistent supply.

Water can add bulk alright, especially if you drink alot. How are you sleeping? Whats your workout routine? What exactly do you eat?

Im eating every 3-4 hours at least but small meals. I dont start till about 11 cuz I train am and dont usually get up till 8, my last meal is about 10pm as i work shift... Hmmmm sleep isnt too good... I wake up about 5 times... and for about a half hour. Morning is prob youghart or a scone, lunch is small tuna salad, egg whites and rye or home made veg and tomato soup and dinner is prob veg and soup or porrige sometimes fish or chicken.. I snack on fruit or turkey slices .. The very odd piece of choc... If i snack late its fruit or carrots and salsa...

this is the thing that affects you the ost! you see all over the world now celebs een have copped on to the eating every 2-3 hours! people are callin it the new fab whereas any person into sport etc...just call it the routine! we have been doing for youear! you dont want to skip meals! i am the type of person who gets sick quite often...but when im sick for a day for example and dont eat for a day i lose a big amount of weight rapidly(not fluid i always keep drinking water) but i lose about 2 pounds a day a certain amount of this is fat but majority of it is muscle! ill spend the next few days gaining it back! now if i do this often technically it would be possible to hit an equilibrium where you dont lose or gain significant weight as ass resources are going into maintaining etc your muscle
