Morning training pros and cons

Ola! I have started going to the gym in the morning before work which gives me more play time in the evenings. I was wondering what are the pro's and Con's of going first thing. Its not for weight loss (I know that part) but for weights and body "managment".

I find that i get alot more done in the mornings... I have more energy for weights than i would have in the evening, i reckon its different for everyone though as i have a mate who hates training in the mornings as hes just wrecked...

just make sure you get some carbs in an hour or so before you train, you don't want to be lifting on an empty stomach

Just watch your heavier lifts initially. Some people's joints aren't as robust in the morning as later in the day.
