'fraid target fat loss isn't possible. very commonly asked Q here, so here's a standard answer!

tummy fat can and will disappear with good diet.

i would pay to much interest in the BMI index as it can be very misleading if you just take it at face value without doing any reading as to what the results indicate. As quite a few of the people on this board although extremely fit cause of their muscle mass.

Anyway if you want to lose fat without replacing it with anything then know you can't lose fat without losing weight. So if you feel you are your ideal weight and want to lose some fat then your best bet is to put on some muscle.

no Diet and cardio will get rid of the belly, putting on muscle will just help you maintain the weight you are if you are dead set against losing any weight. So make sure you diet is clean and has enough protein in it to allow you build muscle, and then go hit the weights and build up the muscles you want
