Quick question guys, Im thinking about buying a mass gainer to help build size, are they worth the money, good results??? I bought one years ago, before I joined the gym, I was so desperate to put on weight, it tasted like chalk. Im thinking about Mammoth mass gaine.Should I just stick to Whey protein and creatine??

    thanks

Short answer no, Its better to just eat like a b@stard i'd only reccomend them if your aiming for 5000+ cals a day as its hard to eat that much. Post what you eat in a day.

To be honest this stuff tasts absolutely gorgeous, kinda like liquid caramel or something. Here's the thing though, unless you need serious ammounts of calories your should be able to get them all in from wholefood.

Can I ask, do you have serious trouble putting on mass (i.e. are trying to eat as much as possible but just don't have the appetite?).

Cool, then stick with food I'ld say. Mass gainers can be handy for people who don't have the appetite since it's easier to take in more calories from liquid meals, especially compared to eating clean. I guess your set then, letus know how it goes.
