it was inevitable that home sales would slacken off as US rates closed towards neutrality (possibly going beyond neutrality) signalling a slow down in growth of the economy (last time the yield curve was inverted it was precursor to recession type period in the US)...like a walrus

Agree with spacecoyote. Aging Baby Boom health care related stocks seen as a defensive position. Global health care companies like JNJ (11% ave growth in share holder value over past 100 years), that also pay dividends one place to go...like a walrus.
