Recently I have been really trying to work on front/outer/read delts as this is an area of weakness in my shoulder that soon became apparent when trying to do handstands in yoga.

As an experiment I was trying out working on Delts immediately after squatting or deadlifts since either one of these releases the most amount of growth hormones in the body. I have increased strength in my delts significantly in the 6 or so weeks I have been working this. Is there a scientific basis behind this or has anyone else heard/tried similar?

Scientific basis on the basis that you supplied (more hormones) :D. Dragan (I think) made a post about it a few days ago.
