it shouldnt matter about consent. its a 14 year old kid either way. a 25 year old woman should no its wrong. the example that you give of a 16 year old guy and a 15 year old girl is still stat rape (i think) but the courts would probably be leniant considering the ages are very close and the guy is still only a kid.
